1 pound hot sausage
10 ounce sharp cheddar cheese
3 cups of Bisquick
Salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 350º. Combine sausage, cheese, Bisquick and salt and pepper. Form into small balls, the size of walnuts and place on a cookie sheet. Cook for 20 minutes.

This is Abby Wood's recipe for this holiday favorite in the Dunham house. There are many ways to make this classic, but hers are my favorite. She made these one Saturday morning for us to enjoy as we sat out letters spelling out, "Will You Marry Me" for Bret Fuller. He and Cathy flew over Prestonwood for her to see these words that every girl wants to hear...or see. She said YES! We had fun.
