1 cup margarine
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
2 1/2 cups sifted flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine and mix together margarine, salt, vanilla and sugar, then beaten eggs and beat thoroughly. Add flour & mix well. Drop from teaspoon on greased/sprayed baking sheet...or...press through pastry bag. Let stand a few minutes. Then flatten cookies by stamping with the bottom of a glass covered with damp cloth. Bake in moderately hot oven at 375 for 8 to 10 minutes...or until delicately browned.
