salt pepper to taste
1 cup flour
oil to line bottom of pan
2 large onions, sliced
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Season liver with salt and pepper, coat with flour. Brown in hot oil pan, turning occasionally until the liver is almost done. Add sliced onions and water on top of liver. Cover and allow to simmer for about 20-25 minutes.

Note: If gravy is too thin on the liver when you think the liver should be done. Use 1 Tlb. spoon of flour or corn starach and mix with enough water to make a light paste. Pour into pan, stir as you are pouring in paste. This will thicken the gravy. Serve over rice and with some string beans. Enjoy
