1 tin of mango pulp (will find in Indian stores)
2 packs of knox gelatin unflavored
1 box of cool whip
100g sugar
1 small packet cream cheese
1 Keebler ready crust

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl saucepan put 1/4 c. of water and boil it for 5 minutes. Add 2 packets of knox gelatin on a very low flame. Stir constantly until mixture thickens and boils. Now add sugar to it. Beat cream cheese, cool whip and mango pulp until smooth. Pour this mixture into the sauce pan and allow it to boil for 5-10 minutes on a very low flame. After 30 minutes pour this mixture in crust. Chill it 4-5 hours before serving
(1/2 tin of mango pulp is enough for 1 pie crust)
