1tsp vanilla
1/2 c milk
1 1/4 sticks butter
2 c sugar
2 tbsp cocoa
3 c one-minute quick cook oats
Directions:
Directions:
-Boil sugar,milk,butter and cocoa for 1 1/2 min. Remove from heat. Stir in oatmeal and vanilla. Drop by the teaspoon onto wax paper, allow to sit until cooled.

-Variations: peanut butter, coconut, pecans
