-Pie
4 or 5 sliced apples
1 9" pie shell
1 c. Sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
5 tbsp flour
3 tbsp water
-Topping
1/2 c sugar
1/2 c flour
1 stick margarine


Directions:
Directions:
-Place apples in pie shell. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients .

-Topping: Combine and crumble over the top of the apples.
Place in large paper bag & use paper clips to bind airtight. Remove all racks in oven besides the lowest rack. Place pie in oven and bake for 1 hour at 425*
