1 1/2 lb ground beef
1 egg
3/4 cup cracker crumbs
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 (8 oz) cans Hunt Tomato Sauce
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp oregano
1/8 tsp pepper
2 cups shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the ground beef, egg, cracker crumbs, onion, 1/3 cup hunts sauce, oregano, and pepper. Mix well and shape into a flat rectangle about 10"x12" on waxed paper. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over meat mixture. Roll up like a jelly roll and and press ends of roll to seal. Bake in shallow baking dish at 350º for 1 hr. Drain excess fat. Pour remaining Hunts sauce with cheese over roll and bake for additional 15 minutes.
