MEATBALLS:
1 pound Jimmy Dean sausage
1 pound ground turkey or beef
1 1/2 cups cornmeal
1/2 cup flour
3/4 cup V-8 juice or tomato juice
4 cloves garlic, minced or chopped fine
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons cumin
1 1/2 teaspoons salt

SAUCE:
5 cups tomato or V-8 juice
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons cumin
1 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
For meatballs, mix all ingredients together and shape into balls. Stack them in a Dutch oven. Mix sauce ingredients together and pour over balls. Simmer on low heat for 2-2 1/2 hours.
