1 pound of sliced thin steak

2 tbsn of soy sauce
1 tbsn of sugar
1 tbspn of sesame oil
1 tbspn of sesame salt
1/8 tsp of black pepper
4 scallions chopped into one inch pieces
3 cloves of garlic peeled and crushed
1 tsp of fresh grated ginger
1 tbspn of sake or dry sherry
1 tbspn of korea red pepper flakes
peanut oil
sesame seeds for garnish

Prepare the beef. Mix marinade in med size bowl. Add the meat and toss. Allow to marinate about 30 min.
Heat a fry pan or griddle to a medium high heat. Make sure it is very hot add oil and cook meat for one to two min on each side browning it nicely. Garnish with sesame seeds.
