10 oz. chipped corn beef
2 tbsp. horseradish
8 oz. Swiss cheese; shredded
2 tbsp. thousand island dressing
16 oz. sauerkraut; drained
1 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. cheddar cheese; shredded

Directions:
Directions:
Chop and mix corned beef, cheeses and sauerkraut. mix mayonnaise, horseradish, and dressing, add to corn beef mixture. Place in a flat 8 or 10 inch quiche dish. Bake at 325º for 20 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve with rye crackers or party rye bread.

Or I have mixed all ingredients together and put in a crock pot on low so it stays warm. You just have to keep and eye on it so it doesn't burn.
