1 c. butter, softened
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. quick oats
2 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins
1 c. dried cranberries

Directions:
Directions:
Beat butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla for 5 minutes. In another bowl, combine salt, flour, baking soda, baking powder and oats. Add to butter mixture 1 cup at a time. Mix in raisins and craisins.
Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets and bake for 12-14 at 350º.
They freeze well!
