3 eggs
1 1/2 cup of oil
2 cups of sugar
3 cups of flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup pecans
3 cups of apples diced

Icing
4 oz butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup milk
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients mixing sugar and oil , eggs flour salt baking soda vanilla pecans and apples . Pour this into a 9x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 45 min.
Cook icing in small saucepan for 2 1/2 min.
Take out cake when done and poke holes in cake with a fork pour icing over the cake and decorate with pecans.
