10 sheets phyllo pastry
3/4 cup of butter
1/2 cup of slivered almonds
1 cup honey
1/4 cup of lemon juice
1/2 cup of sugar
2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Lay one sheet of pastry on a greased cookie sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with almonds. Repeat this seven more times. Brush remaining phyllo layers with butter and place onto the final layer. Score the pastyre layers into triangles. Bake 60- 65 min.
Combine the honey, juices, sugar and cinnamon in a sauce pan and bring to a boil for three min. Pour over warm baklava. Slice the pastry and pour the remaining liquid over allowing the liquid to soak into the pastry before serving..
