1 lb. of clover valley elbow macaroni
1 stick of butter
1 cup of shredded mild cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 shredded monterey jack cheese
2 cups of half & half
1 cup of processed cheese spread
2 eggs beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º Cook macaroni noodles according to package directions. Drain noodles. In a small saucepan, melt 8 tbsp. of butter. Stir in macaroni. Mix shredded cheese in bowl. Add 1 1/2 cups of cheese mix to macaroni along with eggs, and cheese spread. Add salt and pepper. Sprinkle top with the rest of the cheese. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes.
