1 lb. round or sirloin steak or 1lb. boneless chicken breast
1 large onion chopped
1 stick of butter
1/4 cup water
2 cups celery stalks and leaves chopped
1 lg. can of Chinese vegetables
2 tsp. corn starch
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. sugar
salt & pepper

Directions:
Chop beef or chicken into small pieces. Saute onion in butter add meat toss until browned. Add 1/4 cup of water celery cover and simmer 45 minutes to an hour. Add drained vegetables. Mix corn starch, sugar and soy sauce with about 1/4 cup of water. Add to cooked mixture. Serve on buttered rice with chow mein noodles.
