2 Eggs
1 tbsp. Sour Cream
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Make a well in the flour, add salt, sour cream and eggs. Beat with a spoon until well blended and fluffy. Wet a plate put dough on plate, put dough on plate and scrape off long slivers with a knife.Drop batter into boiling salt water in large pot. Cook about 10 minutes until dumplings rise to surface of water. Drain and rinse with cold water.
