Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 package CandyQuik Almond Bark (available online if not in your grocery store)
1 package semisweet chocolate chips
1 box Ritz crackers
1 jar creamy peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
1) Prepare two cookie sheets lined with wax or parchment paper. No need to grease.
2) Spread a small dollop of peanut butter between two Ritz crackers to create a sandwich. Do this until all the Ritz crackers in the package are used.
3) Create a double boiler. (Get a pot and larger bowl that will sit on top of the pot. Fill pot with water, but not enough to touch the bowl. Then bring water to a simmer. Steam from water will melt contents in the bowl.)
4) In the bowl put CandyQuik Almond Bark and chocolate chips, stir constantly while melting so contents do not burn.
5) Turn stove down, keeping chocolate warm, take tongs and roll the Ritz sandwiches around in the chocolate mixture.
6) With sandwich in tongs, bang tongs against the side of the bowl to get rid of any excess chocolate. (Be careful not to break the sandwich!)
7) Place chocolate-covered sandwiches on wax paper and refrigerate until chocolate hardens.
8) Enjoy!

These are delicious, but super rich! Make sure to store them in the fridge.
