1 can cut green beans
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream style corn
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can mushroom pieces
1.5 lbs ground beef, drained
8 servings mashed potatoes
Shredded cheddar cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and drain. Mix in drained green beans, corn and mushrooms. Mix in cream of mushroom soup and cream corn.
Put mixture into a 13X9 casserole dish. Spread 8 servings of mashed potatoes over the top of the mixture. Spread cheese over the top and bake @ 325º for 30 minutes.
