2 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
2 stalks celery, sliced and chopped
1 bunch green onions, sliced thin up to where it turns dark green
3/4 c mayonnaise or miracle whip
8 oz Macadamia nuts, chopped or
8 oz almonds or pecans, chopped
2 small cans pineapple pieces, drained and cut into quarters
1 c seedless red grapes, cut into thirds
Croissants

Directions:
Directions:
Bathe chicken breasts in olive oil. Season to taste
Place in foil lined baking dish, cover and bake at 350º for 45 minutes
Allow chicken to cool, then shred into half- bite sized pieces
Combine all ingredients, stirring to coat well. Cover & refrigerate.
Serve on Croissants.
