1 box lemon flavor gelatin (small)
3/4 cup oil
3/4 cup 7 UP soda
4 eggs
1 bx. pineapple cake mix

Note: Do not use any other liquids other than mentioned.

ICING:

1-1/2 cup sugar
3-1/2 Tlb. plain flour or self rising
2 eggs
1 8-1/4 oz. can crushed pineapple

CAKE:
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease pans with oil and flour before pouring mix.
Mix all ingredients together and pour into two 9" cake pans.

Note: Stick toothpick into cake to check for doness.

ICING:
Mix all ingredients together in a pot. Beat with a beater until well mixed. Cook, on low heat until icing thickens, stirring constantly. (do not step away from icing, it is very easy to burn). Cool. Spread over each layer, around and on top of cake.

Note: You can add coconut to this icing recipe if you desire.
