8oz cream cheese
1 1/2 cup margarine
2 1/2 cup flour
(makes 2-24small tart pans)

Cheesecake:
1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
1 c. pure pumpkin
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 large eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Tarts: Mix soft cream cheese and margarine with mixer. Add flour and mix well. May have to mix with hands. Roll into 1 to 2 inch balls and form into cups.
Mix cream cheese and pumpkin and then add spice, vanilla, eggs and mix well. Add sugar and beat until well blended. Fill tarts with cheesecake mix and bake 20-22 min in a 350 oven. Before serving add a dab of cool whip, or vanilla cream cheese frosting.

Very yummy! I would wait for these to come to the stores mid November and now I make them myself. You can change up the cheesecake flavors any way you like.
