Melt one stick butter
Stir in 3 cups white sugar
Add 2 tbsp. cocoa, 1/2 cup milk
Bring to boil & let boil 3 minutes
Take off stove & mix 1/2 cup peanut butter & 1 tsp. vanilla
Add 3 cups oats
Drop by spoon on waxed paper
