1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. bread crumbs
1 8oz. jar cheese whiz
1 egg beaten
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Directions:
Directions:
Combine: meat, crumbs, half the cheese whiz, egg, & salt. Mix well.

Pat meat mixture to cover a 12 x 10 rectangle piece of foil.

Combine rest of cheese whiz, rice and parsley.
Spread over meat mixture.
Roll up. Start at narrow end.
Wrap, refrig. several hours.
Cut into 8 slices.
Bake in baking dish.

bake 350º
30 to 35 min.
