Ingredients: 2 Lbs Crawfish Tails 1/4 Lb Butter 1 Large Onion Chopped 4 Garlic Cloves Finely Chopped 1 Tbsp Ketchup 1 Pack Frozen Cream Style Corn (Cooked In Butter) Or You Can Cook Your Own Maque Choux 1/2 Cup Chopped Green Onion Tops

Directions:In a 4 qt. cast iron pot, melt butter. When butter begins to brown a little put your onions and garlic and saute about 5 minutes,lower heat, add ketchup and simmer for about 30 minutes.(until onions are cooked down the way you prefer). Now turn up heat a little and add the crawfish and let it come to a boil then lower the heat again and add the corn. Simmer for about 20 minutes. Turn 0ff heat and add onion tops. Serve on Jasmine Rice and a cole slaw. |
