4 CUPS FLOUR
1 TSP. BAKING POWDER
1 TSP. BAKING SODA
ICING;
1 1/2 CUP POWDERED SUGAR
1 1/2 TSP. VANILLA
5 TBSP MILK

PREHEAT OVEN 350 DEGREES
GREASE PAN
CREAM BUTTER
ADD SUGAR GRADUALLY
BEAT UNTIL CREAMY
ADD EGGS, ONE AT A TIME
BEAT
ADD RICOTTA CHEESE AND VANILLA
BEAT FOR ONE MINUTE
ADD FLOUR - GRADUALLY, SIFTED WITH BAKING SODA AND POWDER.
DROP BY TEASPOON ONTO PAN
SPREAD ICING ON COOKIES WHILE WARM
