9 c. wheat berries (about 13 c. flour)
2/3 c. light olive oil or canola oil
2/3 c. honey
2 Tbs. salt
5 1/3 c. very warm water
2 Tbs. yeast
2 Tbs. dough enhancer

Directions:
Directions:
Grind wheat. Mix water, oil, honey,and salt. Add yeast and dough enhancer when adding flour. Add wheat flour to water mixture. Mix for 10 minutes. Shape into 4 loaves. Let rise. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes.
*I use quick rising yeast (Saf).
