2 C Flour
½ C Vegetable oil + 1 Tbsp
2 C Sugar
4 Tbsp cocoa
½ tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
½ C sour milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 stick Parkay
1 C water

Frosting:
1 box powdered sugar
4 Tbsp milk
1 stick Parkay
1 tsp vanilla
4 Tbls cocoa

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl put 2 cups flour, 2 cups sugar and ½ teaspoon salt.
In saucepan put 1 cup water, 1 stick parkay, ½ cup oil + 1 Tbsp and 4 Tbsp cocoa; bring to a boil. Pour over flour, sugar and salt. Mix.
Add 2 eggs, ½ cup sour milk, 1 teaspoon baking soda and 1 teaspoon vanilla; mix well. Grease and flour 9 x 13 inch cookie sheet.
Pour in mixture and bake for 30 minutes at 350 F.
Frosting: Melt 1 stick Parkay, 4 tablespoons cocoa, 4 tablespoons milk; add 1 box powdered and 1 teaspoon vanilla; mix well. Frost while hot.
