1/2 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup confectioners sugar
4 egg whites
2 cups pignoli (pine nuts)
16oz almond paste
1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mash almond paste then transfer to mixer. Add egg whites one at a time and mix well. Blend the 2 sugars and slowly add to mixture. Sprinkle in salt. Add flour. Mix.
Form 1" cookie ball. Roll in pine nuts to cover. Place on a greased cookie sheet - do not crowd! Bake at 300 degrees for 15-20 minutes until golden. Do not over bake!
