2 c. of all purpose flower
1 1/2 c. of milk
1 c. of sugar
4 eggs
2 tbsp. of melted butter or margarine
2 tsp. of vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients until they form a smooth texture (no lumps). Heat a lightly greased skillet. Spoon in 3 tbsp of batter. Lift and tilt skillet to spread the batter, brown on one side only. When edges of crepe begin to turn slightly brown, the crepe is done.

Recipe will make about 20 crepes.
Roll them with sliced bananas, strawberries or other fruit of choice in their center. Dust the rolled crepes with powder sugar or light tough of maple syrup. A small amount of whip cream can be added on them for a special treat. Or have guests make and design their own.
Any leftover crepes keep well in refrigerator and also re-heat well in microwave.
