1 lb. lean Ground Beef
1 lg. Egg (or 2 small)
Salt and Pepper (to taste)
1/2 c. Bell Pepper (chopped)
1/2 c. Onion (chopped)
1 tbsp. Corn Starch
Cabbage Leaves
1 can Stewed Tomatoes with Chilies

Directions:
Directions:
Boil Cabbage leaves while mixing all other ingredients well. Cool leaves. Roll mix into Cabbage leaves, fold the ends and roll again. Hold rolls together with a toothpick or set rolls so that fold is facing downward. Put the rolls in a glass cake pan side by side. Pour can of tomatoes and chilies over the Cabbage Rolls. Bake at 350º for 30 to 45 minutes.
