4 Lb. Ground Sirloin Beef
3 Lb. Ground Pork
3 Lg Onion Chopped
5 Cloves Of Garlic Minced
1-2 Cups Green Onion Tops, Chopped
2 Fresh Jalepeno Chopped (Be Careful According To Your Taste Preference)
2 Cans Rotel
2 Cans Of Petite Cut Tomatoes
1 10 Oz Can Of Tomato Puree
Salt, Red, Black Pepper To Taste
3 1/2 Cups Uncooked Rice
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
5-6 Heads Of Cabbage

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground beef and pork and then add all chopped vegetables and seasonings and then add rice and mix well. Then add Rotel, petite tomatoes, and 4T puree. Add olive oil to the mixture if it seems dry. Put the mixture in the refrigerator. Then boil water with in a large pot with salt. Cut the middle core out of the cabbages and place in boiling water. Remove cabbage leaves one at a time as they loosen. Fill each leaf with a scoop of meat and rice mixture and then roll them not too loose or too tightly. Use 2 large magnalite or black iron pot 18qts with olive oil and saute 1/2 onions, garlic and loose cabbage, remaining rotel, puree and 2 cups of water with salt and pepper. Place cabbage rolls in the gravy and fill to the top. Add 2 more cups of water per pot with salt in it. Cover pots and cook on medium low for 1 1/2 hours.
