1/3 Cup of oil
1 Medium onion, chopped
2 Cloves of garlic, minced
1 Pound of ground beef
32 Ounce can of tomato sauce
3 Tablespoons of chopped parsley (preferably fresh)
Directions:
Directions:
Saute oil, onion, and garlic over medium heat until soft. Add ground beef and saute as well. Add in the tomato sauce. Mix together and let it simmer for about 1 hour. Add the parsley in at the end. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve over pasta or rice.
