3 or 4 Red Potatoes
Salt
Black Pepper
Red Pepper
2 Slices of Evangelin Maid Bread Per Person
Enough Vegetable Oil To Deep Fry Potatoes

Directions:
Slice the potatoes in thinly sliced rounds. Season with salt, black pepper, and red pepper to taste. Fry potatoes in a single layer and then place on paper towels to dry. Get two pieces of Evangeline Maid Bread place as many french fries as you can in between and go to town
