1 c. finely cut celery
1/2 c. finely cut carrots
1 c. cubed potatoes
1/4 c. chopped onions
2 T. instant chicken bouillon crystals
1 quart water
Place in deep saucepan and boil till tender. About 10 - 15 minutes

1 qt. milk 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 # velveeta 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 c. margarine

Meanwhile scald milk (do not boil) Heat milk until you see little bubbles, all around the edge of the pan.) Add cheese, stir until melted. In small pan, melt butter, add flour and mustard, mix till smooth. Stir this into cheese/milk mixture and heat. Stir in hot veggies and water.
