4 c apples, any variety, peeled and chopped
6 Tbs brandy
2 c sugar
1/2 c vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 c walnuts, chopped
1 c raisins
2 c flour
2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Pour brandy over apples and raisins and let them soak. Beat eggs, sugar and oil with electric mixer. Combine flour, spices, baking soda and salt. Add to mixer until wet and dry ingredients are combined. Fold in the apples, raisins and remaining brandy. Stir in nuts and pour into a Pam sprayed oblong pan. Bake at 325º for 1 hour. Serve warm or cold with homemade whipped cream.
