1 Cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup light brown sugar
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp good vanilla
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cups dark chocolate chips
2 cups white chocolate chips
2 cups butterscotch chips
1 1/2 cups shredded coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 375º,prepare your cookie sheets (however you normally would, depending on your pans).
Cream together the butter and both sugars until light and creamy.
Add the eggs one at a time until incorporated, add the vanilla.
Add the chips and coconut and stir until blended. Sift your flour, salt and baking soda in separate bowl and add to chip mixture. Mix until everything is blended in.
Scoop the dough onto prepared cookie sheets, bake for 8-10 minutes rotating pan 2 times during the baking period.
Remove from pan and place on a wire rack to cool.
