1 Onion
1 Bell Pepper
2 Stalks Of Celery
1 Pod Of Garlic
1/2 Tbsp Of Salt
2 Tsp Of Red Pepper
2 Tsp Of Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil Chicken, Vegetables and all seasonings together in a large stock pot. When the meat begins to fall off the bones, remove all of the chicken from the bones and return to the pot a few more minutes. Then remove from heat and let cool. Combine a cup of chicken meat and a cup of broth in a food processor and mix for a short time. Remove to a separate bowl until all has been mixed to desired spreadable consistency. Serve on sandwich bread or use as a dip with corn chips. This is great for showers and weddings.
