2 Lb Lean Ground Beef
1 Can Cream Of Mushroom Soup
1 Onion
1/2 Bell Pepper
1 Head Of Cabbage, Chopped
1/2 Block Large Velveeta© Cheese
Salt, Black Pepper and Red Pepper To Taste

Directions:
Brown ground beef. Add onion and bell pepper cook until onions are clear. Add salt, black pepper, red pepper, and cream of mushroom soup, heat and mix well. While ground beef is browning in separate pot boil cabbage with Tonys© until soft. Strain cabbage. Layer cabbage, ground beef mixture, and Velveeta©.Repeat layer again. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
