1 lb. hamburger
1 cup cooked white rice
1 egg
chopped onion
salt and pepper
1 small or medium cabbage, cut up
2 stalks celery, cut up
2 cans tomato sauce and 1 can water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together hamburger, rice, egg, onion, salt and pepper and make meat balls. Place in bottom of dutch oven. Add cabbage, celery and tomato sauce. Cook about 1 hour.
