3 1/2 to 4 lbs. cut up chicken
2 medium onions, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 clove garlic
1 - 28 ounce can of whole tomatoes
1 - 6 ounce can tomato paste
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Wash, dry and dredge chicken in flour and then brown.

Combine all other ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree. Pour into pan over chicken. Cover and simmer for an hour or until tender.

Serve over pasta.
