Meatballs

4 Lbs Ground Meat
3 Eggs
2 Medium Onions
1 Bell Pepper
2 Tbsp Chopped Garlic

Gravy
1 Tbsp Butter
1 Thinly Sliced Onion
1/2 Thinly Sliced Bell Pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pack brown gravy mix
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of your meatball ingredients well using your hands. Roll into small meatballs. Put in oven on 350* for 40 minuets. Salt and pepper to taste.

Then in medium size pot sautee your onions, bell peppers in butter until clear.Stir in cream of mushroom, follow the brown gravy instructions. Cook then add meat balls to gravy mix well and serve.
