Ingredients:  
Dice 5-6 potatoes
1 lb. velveeta cheese (cut up)
1 stick of butter
8 oz. sour cream
1 package REAL bacon bits
Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until almost done. Drain off most
of the water leaving enough to cover potatoes.
Add velveeta and butter. Cool on low stirring
constantly till melted. Add sour cream and
real bacon bits. Stir on low till mixed well
and hot. May add dice onions to potatoes
when you boil them.
