2 Lbs Shrimp
1 Head Lettuce
2 Large Tomatoes
2 Cups Mayo
Chow Chow

Peel, de-vein shrimp, (about 2lbs) season to your taste, boil together with about two huge spoons of Chow Chow. Drain let cool a little and chop or dice. (You want to be able to see the pieces of shrimp so chop by hand.) finely chop a head of lettuce and about two large tomatoes. Mix together with mayo add more or less depending on the texture you want.Taste and add additional Chow-Chow and seasoning. The Chow-chow is the main secret.
