1 Egg
2 Slices Of Bread
1 Tbsp Mayonnaise
Salt, Black And Cayenne Pepper
1 Slice American Cheese
Handful Of Lettuce
1 Slice Of Tomato
2-4 Slices Of Cooked Ham (Or Whatever Deli Meat You Prefer)

Put oiled/buttered skillet on medium high heat. Cook egg over easy, seasoned to taste. Spread mayonnaise on both slices of bread. Lay egg on bread slice. Grill ham in skillet on one side then flip. Once flipped, add slice of cheese and let melt then put on top of egg on bread slice. Add handful of lettuce then tomato on top of cheese. Put the last bread slice on top. Once the sandwich is made, grill both sides in skillet, which makes the bread toasted.
