1 Lb. Peeled Deviened Shrimp
2 Boxes Tri-Color Spiral Pasta
4-6 Boiled Eggs, Grated
1 Small Package Of Fresh Mushrooms, Sliced
2-3 Avocados, Sliced
1-2 Cucumbers, Peeled And Sliced In Half Or Four
3-4 Tomatoes, Diced
1/2 Bag Frozen Petite Sweet Peas Or 1 Can
1-2 Cup Mayonnaise
1-3 Tbsp. Mustard
Tony's Or Any Kind Of Seasoning To Taste

Boil pasta according to package directions. Let cool.

Cut all vegetables. Sauté seasoned shrimp and mushrooms in oiled/ buttered skillet on Medium heat. Let cool. If you are using frozen petite peas, run through microwave with water and seasoningl for about 15-20 minutes in intervals of 5 minutes, stirring each time or until soft. Let cool. Once all vegetables are cut and shrimp, mushrooms and peas are cooled off, put everything in a pretty large bowl. Add about a cup of mayonnaise and 1-2 tbsp. of mustard. Then taste and see if you need to add more, it's really whatever you prefer. Add seasoning to taste. Put in refrigerator for about 1 hour before serving.

This one is more like Aunt Lanette's recipe, since you use pasta instead of lettuce. Also, you can use chicken instead of shrimp to change it up or save money ;)
