1 Lb. Peeled Shrimp
4-6 Boiled Eggs, Sliced
1 Small Package Fresh Mushrooms, Sliced
2-3 Avocados, Sliced
1-2 Cucumbers, Peeled And Sliced In Half or Quartered
3-4 Tomatoes, Diced
1/2 Bag Frozen Petite Sweet Peas Or 1 Can
Approximately 2 Hearts of Romaine Lettuce, chopped
1-2 Cups Mayonnaise
1-3 Tbsp. Mustard
Tony's or Any Kind Of Season-All, To Taste

Cut all vegetables. Sauté seasoned shrimp and mushrooms in oiled/ buttered skillet on Medium heat. Let cool. If you are using frozen petite peas, run through microwave with water and season-all for about 15-20 minutes in intervals of 5 minutes, stirring each time or until soft. Let cool. Once all vegetables are cut and shrimp, mushrooms and peas are cooled off, put everything in a pretty large bowl. Add about a cup of mayonnaise and a tbsp. of mustard. Then taste and see if you need to add more, it's really whatever you prefer. Add season-all to taste. Put in refrigerator for about 1 hour before serving.

If you would like a pasta salad, you can use the tri-color spiral pasta instead of the lettuce (which is Aunt Lanette's original recipe). Also, we use chicken instead of shrimp, if you would like to change it up or save money ;)
