2 pounds ground beef
2-3 slices bread, dried and broken up
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt

Flour
Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients above ****;mix well. Make into egg-sized balls or patties; roll in flour. Brown in skillet with oil. Place browned meat in baking dish; cover with sauce(below).Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
Sauce:
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3\4 cup water
Add to skillet, which was used to brown meat. Heat and stir to make a gravy of soup, water, and meat drippings. Pour over meat balls.
