Ingredients:  
1 German Chocolate cake mix prepared according to pkg.
Pour 1/2 batter into 9x13 pan, greased and floured
Bake 15 min at 350

In sauce pan combine and melt:
1 pound caramels
1/3 C margarine
1/3 C evaporated milk
Pour over the baked 1/2 cake above

1C chocolate chips
1C chopped pecans
Sprinkle on top of caramel layer and cover with remaining batter.
