Time: 15 minutes Serves: 4 people
Before you start: Oil a flat surface or cookie sheet

Ingredients:
To cover the cookie sheet
1 tsp. of oil (for candy)
1 cup dry ground coconut
½ cup honey

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients for the candy in an iron pot and bring to a boil. Stir regularly to prevent it from burning. Allow to boil for about 3 minutes. It should have turned into a thick paste.
Let cool down to room temperature.
Put a Tablespoon of the mixture in the palm of your hands and form balls with it. Serve at room temperature.
