2-3 tsp. soy sauce
Ground white pepper

Directions:
Heat oil in a deep saute pan or wok on Med-High. Add garlic, saute 30 seconds to infuse flavor into oil- don't burn(remove from heat if necessary). Add rice, breaking up with spatula. Saute, stirring-several minutes until rice is translucent and takes on that crispy-chewey texture. Add soy sauce, salt and pepper, stirring in and to your taste.
Let cool a few minutes before serving.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Grandma B. made this for us and Jacob LOVED IT! He asks for it often. Easy, delicious and again versatile. Good basic fried rice...Steam extra rice for a previous meal and have it in the fridge-half the work is done!
